Luxury, warmth, and attention to detail are our core. Join us as the founding Front Desk Coordinator! Key Responsibilities • Welcome guests with professionalism • Manage calls, DMs, & online scheduling • Track & organize inventory • Upsell retail & refreshments • Support new team member onboarding • Keep front desk & retail displays immaculate Compensation & Growth • Base: $22–$23/hr (~$45–48K/year) • Commission: 10% retail & beverage • Performance bonuses • Year 1 Target: ~$60K+ • Year 2: Promotion to Salon Manager / Operations Lead ($28–30/hr + higher bonuses) Ideal Candidate • Experience in salon/spa/boutique hospitality • Excellent communication & multitasking • Organized, polished, proactive • Vietnamese/English bilingual preferred ????
